This product is a powder mix made from 78% coconut milk solids to bring a fresh, authentic coconut flavour to sweet and savoury dishes. It is made with coconuts from the renowned Coconut Triangle of Sri Lanka.
It can be used in soups, sauces, curries, seafood, vegetable dishes, cakes, and desserts. To prepare, mix with warm water; use one tablespoon per cup of water for thin coconut milk or three tablespoons for a thicker, creamier consistency.
It is free from artificial colours, flavours, or hydrogenated vegetable oil.
After opening, store in a cool, dry, and hygienic place and use a dry spoon.
